Doctors Without Borders

Doctors Without Borders (MSF) staff have been active in Gaza’s hospitals and clinics throughout the ongoing conflict. The hospitals and clinics supported by MSF include:
  • Nasser Hospital, European Gaza Hospital, and the Martyrs and Beni Suhaila clinics in Khan Younis
  • Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah
  • Al-Awda Hospital in northern Gaza
  • Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City
  • Rafah Indonesian Field Hospital and Al-Emirati
Maternity Hospital in Rafah

MSF has delivered approximately 200 tons of medical supplies monthly, including medicines, surgical kits, logistical items, and humanitarian aid. As of mid-March 2024, they have transported 53 trucks carrying essential supplies.

Water scarcity in Gaza has made water distribution a critical component of MSF's response. They provide about 300 cubic meters of clean water daily throughout Rafah and are working to increase this amount.

Save The Children

Since October 2023, Save The Children has reached over 337,000 people, including 173,000 children, in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
This is just a glimpse of the work they’re doing to make a difference:
  • Distributing medical supplies across Rafah
  • In Egypt, they’re supporting hospitals and ambulances receiving medical evacuees from Gaza, including assistance for premature babies.
  • Distributing food parcels and drinking water
  • Training community volunteers on screening of children under 5 for malnutrition
  • Delivering breastfeeding support kits and breast milk substitute kits
  • Shelter kits, including mattresses, plastic mats and bedding sets
  • Provision of mental health and psychosocial support 
to children and their families and are delivering cash 
to families to help them buy essentials
